Processing Time
- In-stock items: carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days
- Handwoven items: 5-7 business days for final hand-finishing and quality inspection
Shipping Rates
- United States: flat rate $12; Free shipping on orders over $200
- Canada: flat rate $25; free shipping on orders over $199
- International: calculated live at checkout based on weight
Customs & Duties International orders may incur import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, payable by the buyer. Consider it part of your rug's journey across the world.
Tracking & Arrival You will receive tracking details by email once shipped. As natural fiber rugs travel rolled, please lay your rug flat for 24-48 hours upon arrival to let it settle into its natural shape.
